Post Processors for Mastercam

We with many years of experience making post processors for 3 to 5 axis machines and for any type of axis setup [ table/table , tilt head/table, head/head, nutator table, nutator head…]. We can configure more advanced features in the post processor according to the customer’s request, for the purpose of collision control, optimized program and smoother surface machining.

The post processor will start at the tilt side where you can do all the machining without any retracts, if possible. However, if this is not possible, the post processor will retract and continue on the other side.

All user variable settings can be specified in the post processor parameter file or misc real and only the parameters needed by the customer are active.
